Bridges to Peace, A Social Justice Ministry

Mission Statement

As disciples of Jesus and with our sisters and brothers, we will provide and advocate in our community, our state, and our country for the care of our environment, the rights of human dignity, the elimination of poverty and the establishment of peace.

Vision Statement

“We come together in Faith, acknowledging the inherent dignity of all creation and striving to bring God’s message of love through hearing the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor”.

Meeting Times

Every 3rd Saturday at 3 PM in the St. Julia Parish Hall

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us!

“I invite everyone to make March 2, Ash Wednesday, a day of fasting for peace,” he said. “I encourage believers in a special way to devote themselves intensely to prayer and fasting on that day. May the Queen of Peace protect the world from the folly of war.”
